Write an answer that can be quoted whole
Lead with the conclusion under the title; back it with tables or authority links; mark time with time elements.
Citation systems prefer self-contained paragraphs: no dangling pronouns, conclusion first, with numbers, model names, dates, or clear yes/no. Pages that bury the answer three screens down rarely become a clean citation.
Answer first — 8 points
Main content needs a 20–300 character complete statement, or a FAQ/QA structure. It should answer the title directly. Quote pages can lead with date, tier, and price; explainers can define first, then expand.
Tables or authority links — 7 points
Tables with th or thead count. Layout tables do not. Without a table, links to government, education, encyclopedia, or manufacturer sites can pass. Pure discussion threads with neither fail.
Time and price dates — 5 points
Use time with datetime. If prices appear, the date they belong to must be visible, e.g. “quote as of 2026-10-17.” Both must be present. Undated prices are hard for a citer to trust.
Stay clear of injection
Do not use hidden text, zero-width characters, or “ignore previous instructions” lines to steer models. That pattern costs micro-points and destroys trust. Sentences for machines should be the same sentences for people.
